Privacy policy

What we collect

• Salary entries: job title, company (optional), country, city, experience, salary, currency and visa type (optional).
• Reviews: company, ratings, headline, good things and bad things. Your role is optional and never shown publicly.
• No accounts: we do not ask for your name, email or phone number.

How we protect your anonymity

• We never store your IP address. We keep only a salted, one-way hash for 24-hour spam limits, which cannot be turned back into your IP.
• Averages are shown only when 3 or more people have shared for that group.
• Displayed figures are rounded, and review dates show only the month.
• Individual salary entries are never shown with a company name.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are human. Supabase hosts our database. Analytics only count visits.

Cookies and advertising

We don't set cookies of our own. Your light/dark theme choice is saved only in your browser.

Removal requests

Because we don't know who submitted what, we can't link entries to you. If you believe a review identifies you, use "Report this review" and we will act on it.
